10 platen in onze online selectie

Het Goede Doel is a Dutch-language pop group. The group was initially active from 1979 until the early nineties. Some hits were "Vriendschap" and "België". In April 2008, a new - free and legal - downloadable album (Gekkenwerk) was released and since then Het Goede Doel has been performing again. The line-up has been completely renewed except for the well-known faces of Henk Westbroek and Henk Temming. All songs by Het Goede Doel were written by Temming and Westbroek.

At the end of 1982, Temming and Westbroek also released the single "Sinterklaas, wie kent hem niet" under the name Henk en Henk. At the request of DJ Erik de Zwart, "Alles kan een mens gelukkig maken" was released as a single with René Froger. This song reached number one in all charts. With this song, Froger definitively broke through as a singer. There is a misunderstanding that this is a single by Froger, accompanied by Het Goede Doel. However, it is a single by Het Goede Doel with René Froger as guest singer. On 24 May 2013, the double CD Was alles maar precies zoals het was in café Stairway To Heaven was presented. The album contains personal favourites from the own repertoire of Temming and Westbroek from the heyday of Het Goede Doel and songs from the last two albums, supplemented with the song "Alle moeders heten mamma", written in the programme Ali B op volle toeren. The song was released as a single on 6 May 2013.
