Blimey, that chorus is from The Hollies (or actually Albert Hammond) when I first heard Creep by Radiohead. Beautiful how that is incorporated into the powerful song that Creep is. Never noticed, or perhaps you don't know the song by The Hollies? Look up "The air that I breathe" sometime.

Radiohead is an English alternative rock band from Oxfordshire. The band consists of Thom Yorke (vocals, rhythm guitar, piano, electronic instruments, percussion), Jonny Greenwood (lead guitar, other instruments), Ed O'Brien (guitar, backing vocals), Colin Greenwood (bass guitar, synthesizers) and Phil Selway (drums and percussion). Since 1994, the band has worked with producer Nigel Godrich and designer Stanley Donwood. Radiohead has sold more than 25 million records.
Radiohead started in the late 1980s under the name On A Friday, but soon renamed themselves after a song by the Talking Heads (Radio Head from the album True Stories). This happened under pressure from the record company, which found 'On A Friday' not flashy enough and accepted Radiohead as a name with some suspicion, under the motto: anything better than 'On A Friday'. Radiohead released their first single, Creep, in 1992, and the debut album Pablo Honey in 1993. Although initially not very successful, Creep became a worldwide hit a year later. Later, the band themselves disparaged it.
In June 2017, twenty years after the release of OK Computer, a commemorative edition of the album was released titled OK Computer Oknotok 1997 2017. The album features the twelve original tracks of OK Computer remastered. It also contains eight B-sides and three previously unreleased Radiohead songs.
